Community organisations across South Sudan and East Africa are rarely short of commitment. What limits impact is usually structure: unclear objectives, budgets that drift, donors who cannot see what changed, and volunteers who burn out because nobody defined who does what. This course closes that gap.
Over twelve modules you will build a complete project management toolkit designed specifically for small and medium NGOs, youth networks, and community-based organisations working with limited budgets and real constraints. You will not be learning corporate theory. You will be learning the planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting practices that donors expect and that communities deserve.
How this course works
Every module combines a written lesson, a worked example drawn from realistic community project scenarios, and a practical exercise you complete using your own organisation or a project idea you care about. By the final module you will have drafted the core documents of a fundable project: a problem tree, a logical framework, a work plan, a budget, a risk register, and a monitoring plan.
The course is self-paced over roughly three months, though you may move faster or slower. Nothing expires.
