Digital Skills for Career Success
About Course
The digital skills that actually get you hired
Many job postings now assume a baseline of digital fluency xe2x80x94 not programming, but the everyday skills of managing files, writing professional emails, building a CV that survives a first screening, and presenting yourself well online. This course builds exactly that baseline, aimed squarely at students and early-career professionals in South Sudan and East Africa preparing for their first formal job, internship, or scholarship application.
Across ten modules you will set up a professional digital toolkit, write documents that look credible to an employer, build a LinkedIn profile that actually gets found, and prepare for the practical realities of remote interviews and online job searching.
How this course works
Each module pairs a short written lesson with a hands-on task using free, widely available tools. By the end you will have a complete job-application toolkit: a CV, a cover letter template, a LinkedIn profile, and a personal interview preparation sheet.
The course is self-paced over roughly two months, though you may move faster.
