Eligibility

- Be a citizen of Rwanda or any African country (South Sudan confirmed among nationalities of enrolled scholars), a refugee, or a displaced young person in Africa
- Be academically qualified and meet University of Rwanda admission requirements
- Demonstrate leadership potential and commitment to giving back to your community
- Must be a newly admitted student who has not yet started studies at the University of Rwanda — currently enrolled UR students are not eligible
- Priority target categories: young women (especially in STEM), refugees/displaced youth, and youth with disabilities
